François Elie, teaches philosophy and is a computer scientific amateur. He is the famous co-founder and president of the french association ADULLACT, organisation of local authorities whose aim is to promote FOSS usage and development in the public secteur and with public founds. He wrote an excellent book about FOSS ans its eco-system, he proposes
scenarios, trends, etc about the future of communities and Open Source.
He thinks thats "users // customers" should join their forces to create a sort of "Customer Community"!
