The third edition of the fOSSa conference is coming soon!
26th, 27th and 28th October 2011, Lyon (France)
Thanks to the success of 2009 & 2010 editions, we are pleased to announce fOSSa conference 2011!
At fOSSa people discuss in an open-minded context about:
- what tech people are actually doing and innovating
- which are the upcoming issues & challenges in the open development context
- how open activities, collaboration and knowledge sharing is beneficial to academia, education & industry.
fOSSa 2011 program includes talks about Education, Online Community Management, New Innovating Development & Contribution Paradigm, Openness and OSS trends. Moreover, a special easy-to-go live demo session is scheduled: any OSS fan can present its project.
This year the conference welcomes various well-known free and opensource software figures such as
- Simon Phipps (ForgeRock, OSI board),
